Highlights and Unique Features:
- Rich Culinary History: The concept of Bha! Bha! began in 1986, born from Chef Mir’s experience managing five-star restaurants in Washington, DC.
- Early Success: In 1987, Michael Mir opened The Orchard Market and Café, a Persian gourmet deli in Towson, Maryland, earning critical acclaim and praise for his “sublime and new” culinary offerings.
- Relocation to Naples: Inspired by his love for Naples during a visit in 1997, Chef Mir moved his restaurant concept to Florida, opening Bha! Bha! Persian Bistro in the Pavilion Shopping Center.
- Awards and Recognitions: Declared the “Best New Ethnic Restaurant” in Naples by Gulfshore Life Magazine shortly after opening, Bha! Bha! also earned invitations to prepare Persian feasts for the prestigious James Beard Foundation in New York City in 2003 and 2007.
- New Location: In 2014, Bha! Bha! Persian Bistro opened its elegant new location on 5th Avenue South, continuing its tradition of excellence in a stylish and inviting setting.
