A Bakhtiyar family came from the Middle-East to the USA in 1992. We brought with us two things: Family love and good food. Mr. Bakhtiyar decided to go into business for himself during his permanent stay here in the states. He always enjoyed cooking for family and friends, and so he thought this would be a good business for him to start. A few restaurants later, the Bakhtiyar family stuck with Shish Kabob, our 4th restaurant. Since then, we have delivered amazing quality and natural foods from the middle-east to the Marietta, Georgia area.
